I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), leadership mentor, and co-founder of Above The Line Academy, an ICF-accredited coach training school committed to cultivating conscious, effective, and transformational leadership.
With over 15 years of experience spanning corporate leadership, systems thinking, and the lived experience of guiding others through complexity with compassion, I help leaders uncover the patterns that shape them—and guide them toward deeper clarity, confidence, and alignment. My background includes leading high-performing teams, mentoring emerging leaders, and navigating the layered realities of blended family systems as a step-parent, foster parent, and adoptive parent.
My approach to coaching is both strategic and human.
Grounded in the belief that leadership is a way of being, not just doing, I support clients in developing the self-awareness, presence, and integrity required to lead authentically—whether in the boardroom, at home, or within themselves.

My Approach
As individuals, we are all a tapestry of experiences, responsibilities, and roles—constantly balancing the demands of being a parent, a professional, and a person. Yet, in the rush to meet expectations and juggle priorities, the part of us that often gets overlooked is the most essential: you.
My approach to coaching is deeply holistic, centered on you as a whole person. I believe that within each of us lies everything we need to achieve our vision of success, to live the life we desire, and to become the fullest version of ourselves. However, the noise and whirlwind of life can sometimes make it difficult to tap into those inner strengths. That’s where I come in. I create a compassionate, judgment-free space where we can explore your true self, uncover the potential that already exists within you, and help you step into the person you are meant to be.
