This 30-minute call is a relaxed, no-pressure space to explore what’s going on in your world and see if my coaching style is the right fit for what you’re needing. 1:1 Clarity Session

45 minutes 

One conversation can shift everything.

This 45-minute single session is perfect when you're feeling stuck, emotionally overwhelmed, or unsure what your next step should be. You’ll bring one current challenge, decision, or goal — and together, we’ll unpack what’s beneath it.

This session includes:

  • One 45-minute private coaching session
  • One follow-up email with 1–2 reflection prompts or takeaways


Ongoing Coaching Partnership (Month-to-Month)

2 sessions/month

This month-to-month partnership is for clients who want steady, consistent support while navigating real life. Whether you’re running a business, leading a team, managing change, or deepening your personal path — this space adapts with you.

We focus on what’s real right now and help you stay anchored, clear, and in motion.


This coaching partnership includes:

  • Two 45-minute coaching sessions per month

  • Between-session support via email or voice note (M–F)
