Enrollment Agreement:
Level 2 Coach Certification
Please carefully review the following terms and conditions of enrollment
Program Selection: You have selected the Level 2 Coach Certification offered by Above Coaching, designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to become a certified coach.
Program Details: The Level 2 Coach Certification at Above Coaching is an 18-week comprehensive program designed to elevate your coaching practice to new heights. With over 125 hours of study, the program includes 65+ self-study modules and 65+ live classes, ensuring a rich and immersive learning experience. A key feature of this program is the inclusion of Mentor Coaching, which provides personalized guidance to refine your skills in alignment with ICF standards. Additionally, participants will engage in weekly coaching practice, offering hands-on experience to build confidence and competence as a professional coach. This program is meticulously crafted to support your journey toward becoming a highly skilled and credentialed coach..
Tuition and Fees: The tuition for the program is $10,000, payable according to the payment schedule provided. Additional fees may apply for materials or optional services.
Payment Schedule: Payment is due as outlined in the payment schedule provided to you upon enrollment. Failure to make payments may result in suspension from the program.
Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your enrollment according to our cancellation policy, which stipulates: you may cancel your enrollment within 5 days from the date of enrollment and receive a full refund of tuition paid, minus any non-refundable administration fee of $150.
Code of Conduct: You agree to adhere to Above Coaching’s code of conduct, promoting respect, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions within the program.
Confidentiality: You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the program, respecting the privacy of fellow participants and instructors.
Compliance with Policies: You agree to comply with all policies and procedures of Above Coaching, including those related to complaints, grievances, and academic integrity.
Intellectual Property: All materials provided by Above Coaching are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
Ethical Marketing Agreement
At Above Coaching, we are committed to ethical standards in our marketing practices. Please review and agree to the following principles:
Honesty and Accuracy: We pledge to provide truthful and accurate information about our coach education programs, including curriculum details, benefits, and outcomes.
Transparency: We will be transparent about program costs, fees, refund policies, and any additional charges associated with our services.
Respect for Privacy: We respect the privacy of our clients and students. Personal information provided to us will be handled with confidentiality and used only for legitimate business purposes.
Avoidance of Deceptive Practices: We will not engage in deceptive practices, misleading statements, or false claims in our marketing materials or communications.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations: We commit to complying with all applicable laws and regulations governing marketing practices, including those related to consumer protection and data privacy.
Customer Satisfaction and Support: We prioritize customer satisfaction and support, providing prompt and helpful responses to inquiries and concerns from current and prospective students.
Complaints and Grievance Policy
At Above Coaching, we are committed to maintaining a respectful and supportive learning environment for all participants. We take complaints and grievances seriously and have established the following policy to address concerns promptly and fairly:
Reporting Procedure: Any participant who wishes to file a complaint or grievance should do so in writing to info@abovecoaching.org, outlining the details of the issue, including relevant dates, individuals involved, and any supporting documentation.
Confidentiality: All complaints and grievances will be handled with utmost confidentiality, respecting the privacy of all parties involved. Information will only be shared on a need-to-know basis for the purpose of investigation and resolution.
Investigation: Upon receipt of a complaint or grievance, Above Coaching will initiate a thorough investigation conducted by impartial personnel designated for this purpose. The investigation will aim to gather relevant information and perspectives from all parties involved.
Resolution: Once the investigation is complete, a decision will be made based on the findings and in accordance with our values of fairness and justice. Above Coaching will communicate the resolution to the complainant and any affected parties in a timely manner.
Appeals: Participants dissatisfied with the outcome of their complaint or grievance may appeal the decision in writing within a specified timeframe. The appeal will be reviewed by an appropriate authority not involved in the initial investigation.
Non-Retaliation: Above Coaching prohibits retaliation against any individual who raises a complaint or grievance in good faith. Retaliation is grounds for disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from the program.
Continuous Improvement: We are committed to continuous improvement of our policies and practices based on feedback received through the complaint and grievance process.

Illness Policy
- Illness Reporting: If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, including but not limited to fever, cough, sore throat, or respiratory issues, we ask that you refrain from attending in-person sessions or participating in live online sessions until you are well.
- Notification: Please notify Above Coaching promptly if you are unable to attend scheduled sessions due to illness. This allows us to make appropriate accommodations and reschedule sessions if necessary.
- Make-Up Sessions: For participants who miss sessions due to illness, we will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements, such as accessing recorded sessions or scheduling make-up sessions, depending on the program format and availability.
- Health and Safety Measures: We adhere to all applicable health and safety guidelines to minimize the risk of illness transmission during in-person sessions, including proper hygiene practices, physical distancing, and ventilation.
- Flexibility: We understand that unforeseen circumstances such as illness can impact your participation in the program. Our team is committed to working with you to ensure minimal disruption to your learning experience while prioritizing the health and safety of all participants.
Partial Completion Policy
At Above Coaching, we offer our coach certification program with the flexibility for trainees to progress at their own pace. Please review our partial completion policy below:
At Your Own Pace: Our coach certification program allows trainees to complete the training modules at a pace that suits their individual schedules and learning preferences.
Refund Policy: Refunds will not be awarded for partial completion of the program. Once enrollment is confirmed and payment is made, it is understood that the full tuition is non-refundable regardless of the extent of program completion.
Certification Requirements: It is the responsibility of the trainee to successfully complete all required modules, assignments, and assessments as outlined in the program curriculum to be eligible for certification.
Lifetime Access: Trainees will have lifetime access to the training materials provided as part of the program. This access allows for ongoing review and reference to support continued professional development.

Refund Policy
At Above Coaching, we strive to provide a transparent and fair refund policy. Please review the details below regarding refunds for our coach certification program:
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are eligible only under the following circumstances:
Cancellation within Cooling-Off Period: You may cancel your enrollment within 14 days from the date of enrollment and receive a full refund of tuition paid, minus any non-refundable fees specified in the enrollment agreement.
Program Cancellation: In the rare event that Above Coaching cancels the program before it begins, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid.
Non-Refundable Items: The following items are non-refundable:

Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, you must submit a written request to info@abovecoaching.org. The request must include your full name, enrollment details, reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 15 days upon approval of the refund request and will be issued using the original method of payment.
No Refunds for Partial Completion: Refunds will not be awarded for partial completion of the coach certification program. Once enrolled, it is understood that the full tuition is non-refundable regardless of program completion status.

Transfer of Credit Policy
At Above Coaching, we recognize the importance of adherence to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialing requirements and uphold the following transfer of credit policy:
Training Hours Recognition: Any training hours earned through Above Coaching's program count toward meeting the International Coaching Federation's requirements for credentialing. We ensure our curriculum aligns with ICF standards to facilitate seamless progression toward certification.
Credit Transfer from Other Providers: Credits obtained from other education providers for the same or comparable coach education program will not be accepted as part of the Above Coaching program. This policy ensures consistency and maintains the integrity of our educational offerings.
Recognition of Program Completion: Upon successful completion of our program, participants will be eligible to apply for credentialing with the International Coaching Federation. We are committed to preparing our graduates for professional success in the coaching industry.
