What makes this academy so special is the space it creates — a space where honesty feels safe, and where growth feels exciting rather than intimidating. As a coach, this program gave me something invaluable — confidence. Confidence in my unique voice, my ability to hold space for others, and my own coaching style. Instead of trying to fit into a mold, I learned to trust my instincts and lean into what makes me me. The program gave me permission to show up fully, to question my own limiting beliefs, and to create a path forward that actually fits who I am becoming. I am walking away with clarity, confidence, and a deeper connection to myself — both personally and professionally. 

Going through this coaching program was a really meaningful experience. The content was thorough and thoughtfully put together, and the instructors brought so much knowledge and care to their teaching.

Level 2 Professional Coach Certification
I can't recommend Above Coaching's Level 2 training highly enough. The curriculum is so thorough and the team gives each student a high level of personalized attention. I felt supported throughout the entire process. Coming into training with no formal coaching experience, I was worried that I would feel out of place. On the contrary, I was welcomed and encouraged every step of the way. Upon graduation, not only do I feel confident and equipped to pursue coaching, but I know have a community of friends and peers that will extend beyond the classroom.


Mentoring Made Easy
Having no previous coaching training, Mentoring Made Easy was a hugely impactful part of my education at Above Coaching. By dissecting case studies, learning from examples and gleaning insights directly from mentors Steve and Rita, the concepts I learned in the classroom were brought to life and really made coaching "click" for me. I can't recommend this program highly enough!
